[UP1]Personal Reflection Part 1
1.Key Takeaways
Among the things I learned from
Duquette's presentation, the most memorable thing is “ikigai“. I was very convinced that “ikigai” is born where the four things
of love, good at, needs and paid for overlap.
In addition, Duquette's sake tour rhythm
was a combination of tour and learning, and I thought it was a particularly
good project with foreigners as the main target. He also made his own video
about Niigata. This does not seem to matter, but for foreigners, I thought it
was easiest to convey the atmosphere of Niigata by watching the video. From
this, I felt that it was important to think about what the most effective means
for my target is.
2.Application to Your Project
What I want to use most in a group project
is to have customers try it out. Ms. Duquette talked about what he values most
in the sake tour rhythm and having him drink. I was very convinced by this
story. There are many things that cannot be conveyed without actually
experiencing them, so I wanted to use them as a reference when thinking about
the project in the future. In addition, I would like to make sure that the
company's plan as a group is "ikigai".
3.Personal Reflection
What impressed me the most in my
presentation was about “ikigai”. I thought this idea could be used in the
future. When I decide to work, I want to think about "ikigai" on a
regular basis so that I can make choices that apply to four points. To that
end, I wanted to think about what I wanted to do and what I was good at on a
daily basis. And I want to do a job that will make me feel “ikigai” in life in
the future.
